One engagement, built around the year.

Every client gets the same core service. Business owners add the entity work to it. There are no tiers, no packages, and nothing held back for a higher level.

What every client gets

Federal and state individual returns

Prepared, reviewed, and filed. Included in the engagement rather than billed as an event.

A written tax strategy

Built in the first year and updated every year after. Not a summary of what happened, but a plan for what's ahead, in writing, that you can reference and update.

Two planning calls a year

One before year-end, when decisions can still change the outcome. One after filing, to set up the year in front of you.

Quarterly estimates

Calculated, explained, and adjusted when your situation changes. You'll know what to pay, when to pay it, and why the number is what it is.

Proactive outreach

When a law changes or something in your situation shifts, you hear from me. You shouldn't have to know to ask.

Coordination with your financial advisor

Direct, ongoing, and with your permission. Roth conversions, harvesting, and distribution timing work better when the tax side and the investment side are talking.

Questions answered year-round

Reply within one business day. Not just from January to April.

Adding the entity

Business owners engage the core service plus their entity return, handled together rather than as two relationships.

S Corporation and partnership returns

Prepared and filed, with the entity and personal returns reviewed as one picture.

Reasonable compensation review

Revisited annually rather than set once and forgotten.

Entity-level planning

Retirement plan selection, timing of major purchases, and the interaction between what the business does and what it costs you personally.

What isn't included

Being clear about this up front saves everyone a difficult conversation later.

Bookkeeping.
Your books are your responsibility. I'll tell you if they're in good enough shape to work from, and if they aren't, cleanup is engaged separately before the year begins.
Payroll processing.
I'll advise on reasonable compensation and withholding. Running payroll is your provider's job.
Prior-year cleanup and amended returns.
Engaged separately when needed.

Not sure if this fits?

That's what the first conversation is for.
